It was very painful to watch the match against Japan yesterday (11th May). It was even more painful to watch the fans jeering and booing our players.

Let our players focus 100% to fight with their real opponents, not to fight with the fans.

Let's show the world we are the world class fans that will stand behind our team through thick and thin. We (the players and the fans) should go all out to beat Denmark, China and eventually Indonesia.

Yes. We shd give fully support to them instead of jeering/booing our players. Hope that MAS will perform a best match when fight with DEN. Good Luck Thomos/Uber Cup MAS players.

Well, failure is the seed of success. Those who lose at this quarter final does not mean the end of everything.

Hope MAS badminton team will be like the MAS sea games football team. Lost in the first match and booed around but won the rest and became champion.

this can onli happen if they feature players who have proper discipline and not players who cant control emotion.

I have not seen any good young single players from Malaysia for like.... 4 years? Shouldn't the head coach of the singles department be responsible for that? I really do not understand at all.

If MAS fails to beat DEN today, I think someone will have to step down for it and I am guessing it will be Rexy Mainaky (for selecting Fairuz/Zakry and playing them against JPN).

Not his fault for selecting Fairuz/Zakry since they're Malaysia's second best pair. By fielding the strongest line-up, the reason for losing could be due to nerves, inexperience in playign such huge tournaments or no fighting spirit, emotion break-down etc. But someone has to take the responsibility tho since such "horrible" thing happened in home ground!! :)

Sometime back on newspaper, I remembered Rexy did say he wanted to split Zakri and Fairuz..only take one player into the team. I guess being a professional coach, he knew it already, just that he cant have the final say...know what i mean;):p..

Bad decision for him to persist with Zakry-Fairuz in the 1st place - should have splitted the pair since it failed so many times.

This is especially since Fairuz/Zakry lost to Mak/Tan in the internal selection matchup. How on earth can they still be selected and for Rexy to defend them???

Again, someone will have to pay a price for failure...whether MAS fans like it or not. With Tan Kim Her onboard, it does look like Rexy's days are numbered.
