It goes the opposite way, INA stronger in doubles than singles. That lost in doubles is a big surprise for INA.

Wow, the Thai pair did very well.

Sigh.. what an awful performance by Marcus/Kevin after how long of a break. No coordination at all, they were scattering all over the place like a scratch pair (even worse). Were their feet glued to the ground?? Marcus couldn't hit a kill. Kevin couldn't intercept as he usually could have. Ugh..!! It was frustrating to watch. I blame Marcus because he was the one who got married.
Taking too long breaks never does good especially with a wedding thrown in. :p
Hope they can find their game soon. Sad to see them playing like this. If this going on, I don't see how the minions could win a point for the team at all.

    Anyway, Liu/Zhang won that's great!

It has been too long since last tournament, so its hard to judge. Allengland was over 2 months ago. Boe/Mo isnt present . KamuraSonoda also lost and chinese pairs arent really tested.

No. You said that "Indonesia is strong in Singles." And "Thailand's chance to win in MD." o_O

I don't know. Their forms were terrible to the point of ridiculous.
This was their first match since a couple of months ago. It might take much longer for them to get back in the game. As it always had.
Too bad it has to happen in Thomas Cup.

I thought it was good it happened at ThomasCup? so that Indonesia dont rely on them. Certainly better to happen here than Indonesia Open.

Of course if Indonesia were to be knocked out at GroupStage, then that is meant to be. I know the feeling, Its better to lose at Group than at Final.

Yep. I also said that. Clearly read it. I said when Thai were leading in the 3rd game that " I support underdog Thailand today for this MD. If they have any chance of winning a match, it should be MD"

Thai pair won against the minion!!! Though the duo played quite badly, credit is to give to thai pair. Good play. I'm right behind thai team at the ring side. What's that? Is that tear? I'm not crying. I'm not crying. I'm crying.

Ihsan couldn't bulge the defence of Kantaphon in the first game. He has to vary his shot selection and increase his smahs' accuracy and angles a bit more
