    Sad to say the badmintonworldtv website seems to have problems hanging and after the first set is over, I couldn't watch the matches live anymore. Till now the badmintonworldtv website is still in a hanging mode. Funny.

    Yeah even I thought he would retire yet again it was such a terrible accident.. Well all hail to his strong muscles he completed the match
    I really feel sad when players miss such big opportunities because of injuries and health issue
    I remember how pitty the entire nation felt when SN couldn't give her best due to food poisoning/upset stomach

    I don't know why so many players, specially in WS, get a bye on first round.
    In MS, seed n.1 get a bye and it looks unjustified to me. It is like giving money to the rich

    It's simply a numbers game. If you have more than 32 but fewer than 64 then there are going to have to be 1st round byes to fill the ladder.
    As for first-seeds getting a bye .... Well who has earned it more? ;)
