    Not the first time this year she loose with such a high margin in the finals. She lost 3 - 21 in the final of the AUS open against Chen Yufei back in June.

    Unbelievable, can't get any better than that, Nozomi doing worse than Chen Yufei against Sindhu, only Tai Tzu Ying offered stiff resistance to the scintillating attacking badminton of Sindhu.

    So this gold is well deserved by Sindhu. Time and time again, Sindu has made the finals but couldn't capitalize, even though many of her finals matches have been very close and could have gone either way. She really deserves with WC gold. And to get it, she had to beat TTY and also, the very player that beat her in 2017 at the WC. So it's well deserved for Sindu! Congratsz to Sindu and to her India fans!
