Yeah placement was good but he didn't show that he was able to play smash winners point after point. Maybe it just doesn't come naturally to him. Some players are able to force the situation and get smash winners like in the Wei Nan - LCW match. Momota could play a great smash when the opportunity was given to him, but these opportunities didn't come often and he wasn't able to force these opportunities like some other players.
Why tv sitcom/talk show? Is he kinda already involved in the entertainment industry? Like lee yong dae?
JPN should be able to seal this 3-2 tbh. Jeon's last international outing was way back 2018. Will be totally unexpected if Tsuneyama can't convert this. I fully expect Watanabe/Koga to easily grab MD2 afterwards. Idk bout Nishimoto though but if he loses to an unranked player, he didn't deserve to be on the lineup (or the team).
But LZJ is enough to cover for the whole country XD Is no one watching Li Shi Feng v Vitidsarn? OMG - It is the first time I am watching this guy and Vitidsarn is no push over! :O
You do me an injustice! No, I actually really want him to shine!!! .... There is no other way for Japan to win this tie.
vitidsarn seems to be very lazy retrieving the ball on his backhand side, preferring backhand over the overhead shots
But look at LSF footwork! @Nine Tailed Fox Thoughts on LSF footwork? His racket swing doesn't have much back swing. Idk - for now im impressed.
awkward moment between the commentators there with that unnecessary remark about where Li Shifeng will look at lol
