    MD - Second Round

Bodin Isara/Maneepong Jongjit meet their respective ex-partner Nipitphon Phuangphuapet/Nanthakarn Yordphaisong.
The only MD hope for home fans since the 3 other host MD pairs have lost in the opening round yesterday.

Potential match of the day :D
Would be interesting to see how they play each other since they know the opponents very well.

Chochuwong can't endure Okuhara persistence this time, 18-21 / 15-21.

Ricky/Debby couldn't convert their 2 game points in G2 and lost it to the Addocks 20-22, after losing 9-21 in G1.

Zhang Yiman, an 8-0 lead and squandered it all and trailing now, that's consistency for you.

Aren't the linemen positioned a bit too close to the court?

Especially close for MD in my opinion. They could get hit or could be in the way.

Yeah I do agree. Lack of space in the arena for 4 courts maybe

Can Aaron/Soh beat Lee/Lee? Unfortunately, no stream for me.

Quite a tight and interesting match between Endo/Watanabe and Attri/Reddy. A 3 game match with the JPN managed to win the final game in a very narrow margin 21-19. Too bad the IND pair got rushed and a bit too impatient at the end of the game or they could have just managed to force a deuce. Or maybe the JPN just a wee bit better than them :)
This same IND pair did force a decider in R2 against Liu/Zhang too back in Indonesia Open.

They actually won it 21-19, after being behind 14-18.
Now have to face their arch enemies, the THA pairs again.

For Lee Zii Jia, I expect at least a QF spot, if that is possible.
