No live matches on YouTube. I wonder if this is the case now? Now only can see highlights and crap live court matches with terrible picture quality. In the past we used to see matches from quarter-finals onwards live with commentary.
It’s their first title, actually. Daihatsu happened a week before their granted independence became effective.

there isn't much incentive to follow the rules when you're basically working for free. everyone has their limit.
bwf is exploiting free labor to the detriment of the sport.

possibly. she will definitely improve on the technical side, so the main factor will be strength for generating power. how strong will she get? that's the hardest aspect to predict.
most people see asy as being fast & skillful, which is obvious. but, her strength & power are underrated.

in md goh/izz played the wrong strategy after ren's injury.
ren can't jump smash and barely move. goh/izz weren't forcing ren to move much. he's no threat so clear to him and push him back and drop wide when he serves. it forces hjt to cover 95% of the court instead of 75%-80%. only 1 flick serve? smh...
it was actually frustrating to watch goh/izz, as if goh/izz had no idea how to quickly force an opening/opportunity.

It was really frustrating.
And when HJT was serving, they didn't even lift to RXY at the back.
A lift to RXY's backhand would create an advantage. Instead they played low net shots which they lost some of the points.
And the MAS coaches didn't know?
On the medical treatment, Steve Pederson said it has to be fair as there is a huge difference in prize money and ranking points between champion and 2nd.
What if MAS pair also got injured and couldn't continue?
On another note, during the break, CHN coach asked RXY if he could continue, he said yes but he can't move to the back.

steen's comment is from a sportsman & fan's point of view. "fairness due to prize money & ranking points" is not in the rules.
