Is there a difference? The one I got is a demo racket, so it's still first gen, but the new one coming my way is from the second one....I though the 09 only got new (more durable?) paint and the 'Bravesword' on the frame was change to 'Sword'.... So far, I've only strung the second gen but from the first impression I got it seemed completely the same as the first.
Okay, shall we start having bets on Kwuns' MX90 already? My guess is that it's red where the MX80 is white, and has a spot rating of Heavy øoooo Stiff oøooo For the winner, Kwun gets Victor USA to give them a free one, yeah?
Isn't he endorsing rackets as a well known coach as opposed to a retired player? I guess it depends how you look at it. That said, there's no guarantee that JJS will be remaining in the limelight after his retirement. Maybe when he's head coach of the international squad?
Nah, the racket does not resemble anything that's currently on the Victor site....a good picture is here http://www.badmintoncentral.com/for...eir-racquets?p=1902254&highlight=#post1902254 No BS15, no SW36. Must really be a new model...
The Victor representative here refers to it as "MX 90" so I guess it will be the name. Also, going by what he told me, the racket will have some red and gray/charcoal colors. I haven't seen it, so I can't describe it
Or maybe he just straight up lied to me What I had in mind when he described it was a kind of mix between the AT700, MX80 and BS11. We'll have to wait patiently until it goes out!
during watching at ko sung hyun match in thomas cup, i dont see he is consistent making a powerful smash with that new racket compare with his sw37. he smash even worst bcos most of the shuttle flew flat.
took out my old ARC10 for a spin last night. after using Victor and Kason almost exclusively in the past year, Yonex racket all feels like a mush. there is no crispness like the SW35, MX80. back to Victor.
