Hi guys! Looking to buy an extra VTZF2 from a seller through a mutual friend; as of now waiting for more pics especially the cone area. He claims it's genuine.

Would you kindly help me identify if this is genuine? Truthfully, aside from the price, there's nothing else fishy about it. (Wouldn't quote, but it falls way below SRP, but somewhere above how much fakes usually go for in this country.

Update: fishy item #2 the strangely blurry pics when it came to the butt cap and cone/shaft codes. (these were provided late) seller claims he's charging his phone. :)

    Any help appreciated. Thank you!

    i'm going with fake.

    my reasons:
grommet strip seems to be missing... and grommets overall look of poor quality

i believe the LD versions of VTZF2 weren't released till about 2015? cone code says it's a year that ends in 1 from what i see...

the SG stamp looks awful, and the sizing/grip/tension information looks really bad in font and format. i *think* that's a very poor copy of the previous era of hologram as well.

the label on the shrink wrap is totally inappropriate

but, as mentioned, the best way is to get the clear up close picture of the cone code.

    IMHO it's a fake.
    - seems that there were no grommet strip at 5 and 7 oclock
    - That yonex tag that hanging on the frame bothers me. Most fake yonex racket that i know use that kind of tag. Do yonex rackets from authorized dealer/shop have that kind of tag?
