I don't know about that. You're right, they aren't over the hill or anything. They're the same age as Candra/Sigit, younger than Lee/Choong and a lot younger than Eriksen/L-H but I saw them on TV a few weeks ago playing a domestic tournament here. They won, of course, but they didn't look as if they were on their game like they used to be. Maybe that was just an indication of their expectations of their opponents. I saw all the retired pros at my gym in June and they're still working hard. Lee Dong-su was being put through the paces by another former Olympian. Still great players. We might get to see them play domestically for a little while longer yet here. Domestic tournaments seem to get better air time, too.

Kim Dongmoon coaching the Korean Doubles and Mixed Kim DM is now a coach for the Korean National Squad. Ha Taekwon and Yoo Yongsung are left home. His doctoral thesis seems to be finished now. He took part with Ha in the last tournament of the Korean Badminton League and won easily a few weeks ago.
