    hi all.

hope everyone is fine and healthy during this period

i am from singapore and we have been locked down for a month.

during this month, i have been itching to play, so i took my racquet out and juggled the shuttle.

but i noticed that the shuttle was not behaving like i expect it to.

i dont know how to put it words, but its like the shuttle is bouncing off the strings in weird directions.

i strung my racquet at 28lbs LN no.1 about 6 months ago

could it be the strings have expired? or am i the one who is expiring

Is it a new shuttle or an old one? A used shuttle (especially if you hit it against a wall) can have the cork become very squishy and it will respond very different.

LN1 should be okay for 6 months and not give such weird results?

And I'm sure you're aware, but a tumbling shuttle will bounce random ways when not controlled, and in the house you may not control it as much or as easy as at a bigger court.

now that u mention it, a combination of a used shuttle tumbling around may be the cause of the weird bounces and string feedback.

i will try it out on court asap to see if the weird bounces still happen
