Just a week ago, Chun Seang lost to fellow national back-up player Chong Li Qun in the second round of the Vietnam Open in Hanoi. But this time, there was no such setback. In today’s final, the Korat SEA Games-bound Chun Seang will take on KLRC Bhd’s Sairul Amar Ayob, who downed former international Allan Tai 21-12, 21-10 in the other semi-final. Chun Seang has won the Vietnam International Challenge (May) and the Asian Satellite meet in (June). There were, however, upsets in the men’s doubles competition.
