What Would You Do First Given The Mandate To Be A BC Moderator?

    If I were given the mandate to be a moderator,

    I won't turn on the karma point system :D

    I could imagine once turn on the mods don't even have time for baddy hahaha

    If .. then: merge more similar threads together (I mean 3 threads already on Yonex 2011 shoe lineup and they're not even out yet :rolleyes:), put some structure in the video section :D

    Not to forget those racket recommendation/comparison questions that keep popping up in the equipment section :p

    But you could say it's inherent of the description: "Discussion on badminton equipment, including reviews, etc. " What else to discuss but compare? Probably the other one should be renamed to "Recommend me ..."

    There are just too many threads asking the same question

    .
    Unfortunately, most of those thread starters are our newer BC members, some of whom are quite new to Badminton itself (looking at the questions they've asked).

    Another thing I suspect is that those newer BCers think that their threads are their own 'private' personal threads, not knowing that once a question is asked, answers and info replied are for all BCers to know/read.

    Admin/moderators may be able to merge these threads together; but I don't think they can find time to do so. Why? Because there are just too many threads asking the same question.
