where are the seeds and draws?

By this time, less than 2 weeks before the wc, we still don't know where are the seeds entry lists and draws.

Even a regular open tournament, the seeds and draws should have been made official and public by now. Seeds list should be available 3 weeks ahead, and draws should be available 2 weeks ahead. But now less than 2 weeks left (WC starts on Monday, even 1 day earlier than open tournaments), there is nothing about WC's seeds and draws.

Cannot imagine that the World Championship is not prepared as well as any regular tournament. They don't have money to give players for their work, and do they have money and a little respect to do the organization job?

you sound like an insider. I got a long time unanswered question for you. Why IBF (now WBF) is always slow at doing anything? I don't think money is the reason since they got to do that anyway.

For example, after any tournaments, all other sports (like Tennis) will give out the updated ranking immediately. Even back twenty years ago, ATP also did give the new ranking on Monday without advanced computer networking. How come WBF needs to wait Thursday to give out the ranking. and many times, they even didn't have that until Friday. What's the reason behind that? it is not only slow, but also results in the problem that whether or not to phase out the past results between Monday to Thursday.

Good question..I am wondering why they do not update the ranking every Monday too...they must have some reasons behind this...

Oh yeah, I forgot, their new 1 million US dollars system that was key to the BWF political infighting, not complete yet, I suppose.

Officals are waiting on TH decision as long as possible
IE. this WC is hinge on TH's baby expecting date:p
 
well, there is nothing to hide, those people from BWF are just intellectual incompetent plus very poor work ethic. Put it in a simple way, they are more stupid and more lazy than normal people. That's the answer everybody knows.

Agree...TH has called WBF to hold off releasing the draw until it is clear medically when the baby is due.:D

So...please be patient, OK....:D

wow... didnt know that Taufik has such huge 'impact' on this WC :D Good to know that everyone, including the organizers are taking him seriously. With his appearance, I'm sure it will be a sell-out crowd at the stadium...

Absolutely true... the Badminton Hall (not stadium) will move out of the current location due to the surge in rental. Not sure about the new location though...
