Hmm, wow, are those..

i have emailed to 'Indonesian workers cordinator' in kuala lumpur, they've confirmed at least 3000 ina workers will support ina players in stadium, i hope wc 07 official don't make a quota for ina spectators :)
..all the TKIs that are working in KL??..:p;)..They might be bringing in more as I tried to book a flight out of Sby to KL and the flights are getting full..:D:p

samuel, it is not a question of being outnumbered, it is a question of how the group "choreographs its performance" vis-a-vis "the opposition". :p

Having done "battle" with them a few times over the past 25 years, I have a lot of respect with INA supporters in Malaysia, as "fanatical" as they are, they "played" by the rules. And they never waver even if the chips are down. Because of that, I saw more comebacks from INA players than from MAS and CHN players past and present.

according the stats (from embassy of indonesia in kuala lumpur):

illegal TKI in malaysia : 290.548
legal TKI: 50.243
most of them work at western malaysia (kuala lumpur, johor, etc)

we just need 1 % of them :D :D :p

they will tend to agree with me :D

many of 'tukang sapu jalan', 'tukang parkir', waitress, servants come from indonesia

it feels like home in kuala lumpur (for me) :D

Well, this time MAS fans can supporting all-out to their players in Putra Stadium. For INA, don't worry next year at Istora we'll do it more2 louder!

Well, for me i will always support MAS players no matter what happens...INA also have my support (they're my 2nd favorite after my country)...as long as they're not playing MAS player then i will shout for them during WC07. Especially TH (LCW's buddy), MK/HS, & all their mixed doubles and women doubles players...

Well..

FYI...I was in Atlanta cheering for MIa vs Bang Shoo Yun...since there were not many INA supporters...I was featured by INDO TV several times as the loudest INA supporters and got interviewed by INA reporters...( KOMPAS)
:)..bro huangkwokhau, if you do make it to KL for the WC, hopefully we'll see no less of an effort as you did in Atlanta, more than 10 yrs ago..hehe:p:rolleyes::D;)

I wonder..

..if the atmosphere during the matches will be much different than those in Indonesia's Senayan stadium:confused:..I heard it could be as loud if not louder:eek::p...I remember the atmosphere at SIS during the S'pore Open was nice and loud, but the crowd was much more orderly..

The atmosphere is about the same, Senayan and in Malaysia. Practically every spectator works the atmosphere. Of course, in this year's INA Open, Senayan was pretty muted ..... not so during MAS Open.

In other venues, only a portion of the crowd works the atmosphere, the rest just sit there and applaud quietly. But S'pore Open wasn't that far behind, esp when Ronald Susilo and Kendrick played ..... probably loudest when Kendrick beat CJ and Boonsak slew LD.

..(from what i remember during one of my visit) at least the seating at SIS was still bearable, even if the fans cheered..I wonder what would happen if the same thing were to happen in the Putra Stadium?!?!..Probably those sitting at "unfavorable" seats will have to find open creases in between the cheering fans..:rolleyes::(:p

Okay..

Chris, u should download the MAS Open Super Series finals and see how we "operate" in these situations.
:D...then i will have to prepare myself a couple of ear plugs:p...But, phew, fortunately, i've reserved the Lower tier seating for Semis and Finals...I can't imagine how the stadium, esp. the Upper tier ones, will be like if any M'sian players reach those rounds..:p

the atmosphere for Stadium in MAS/INA is completely different with in Birmingham where the AE games...
In Eng all those audience is very quite & gentleman .. hehe
