True on mental weakness, when VA is winning it's fine but in tough spots he loses his temper. There are ways around stamina problems but mentally it stops being about beating the opponent. You need to beat yourself first, LZJ was completely calmed down going into the last game.
Wow, I just came home from the court to read that LZJ won! Reading BC is the best way to catch up to what happened when you were away
She's jump smashing everything she can Misaki and Yuki are putting up a good fight. So much pressure coming from the kohai. I see Kaneko pulling some Watanabe drops and stronger smashes in G2.
Wow, Watanabe is a monster. Reminds me of LYD in his prime, who was very competitive in XD and MD (well, LYD won gold in XD at the 2008 Olympics). Ironically for LYD, he became competitive in MD after his XD partner at the 2008 Olympics retired. Zhang Nan excelled in MD when he dropped XD and focused on MD. But I can think of few players in the last 10 years that have won MD and XD at the AE.
It was Anders Antonsen who had Covid and lost 11% on his lung function test afterwards, but maybe the lung function can slowly recover, I dont know.
None except one could in a single year apart from Watanabe, and whatever maybe the reason it has to be appreciated.
He's already occupied though hence, otherwise even I would prefer Yuta Kobayashi instead but Kaneko ain't that bad though, it's just that it's his responsibility in XD to power through the opponents defence and MD he'll get a helping hand from Watanabe. Also the partnership is new so his attack will get better in XD
Nope actually I don't think so it can, lung gets fibrosed and fibrosis is what's left after repairing the epithelial damage of alveoli. If the cause of the decreased lung function is fibrosis then he has to live with it and think of maximising his stamina with the given condition.
