LZJ is losing G2 in the worst way possible, it will signal to his opponent that he is weak with no belief that he can win

LZJ is saving lots of (mental&emotional) energy. He knows this is the best chance.. too much celebrations and he ll be tired.

Maybe theres energy left for the last strech of the game

Both players look pretty nervous, LZJ the more nervous one.

What was Victor's injury, serious? Required operation, layoff for how long? Are all injuries equal and the same?

Axelsen serve is terrible, single handedly costing him the match it seems

This game is a good illustration of how "mental block" vs Momota really isn't a thing for Axelsen. He's potentially nervous against anybody, not just one player. When he missed that kill in game 1 that would have put him 18-16 up (I think), he had a total meltdown. You always sense that can happen again. There are also glaring holes in his game, like his serve, his smash defense, his net game, and his drift control.

Can you remember a single net shot today, which really put LZJ under pressure?
