I just returned from japan, and bought this bag (one of many haha). It is a very nice looking bag, but as ants mentioned, a little small. It would be amazing to have a 9 racquet bag in this colour and design! Mine differs slightly from yours ants in that it is the black/gold one. I have noticed that it is quite hard to find yonex 9 racquet bags, i wonder if they are phasing these out and sticking with the smaller bags? When I was in jp, the main 9 rac bags were Head, Babolat etc. Anyway, love the bag.
I got the gold one in HK. The shop owner told me the Gold one is/was used by LCW. The other Limited color is black, gold and white and is/was used by Taufik. Just FYI Cost almost double compared to regular 1022R's.
i got the black/gold one yesterday in vancouver for $50ca... cheap?? how much is the hk and the japan one? ya.. its kinda small.... Does it have 9 packs? or one size only?
Where did you find the Gold/Black Limited in Vancouver?? For $50? Sounds WAY too good to be true. Please inform us all. FYI...the JP limited gold/black is about $120 Cdn.
i know there is a CH verison of the JP's 1022Y Black/Gold just released for 2010. Maybe, just maybe, his bag is the CH verison rather than JP limited edition. I am considering order a 1022R Black+silver, I could buy thoes two JP limited editions (black+gold/ white+gold) for extra $, I certainly think the Limited edition color looks better/more special than the ordinary 1022R, especially the Gold+White one. But I think the Gold color is too shiny for me so I prefer the normal Black and Silver one. I have not confirm my order from Japan yet, so what do you guys think? I am choosing in between the Black one and Gold/White L.E.
They are sold here for 45 euro as BAG 8026 but they all use the JP pic (should probably ask if it has the little feet at the end if you plan to get one). Would go for the white/gold over the black/gold one myself.

I've also noticed a difference between North American vs JP 1022 bag. NA version has one big zipper down the middle, while the JP version has two down the middle. Material difference is vast imo as well.
you can compare it with ants' pics in the first post, just imagine it in black lol for instance, the gold part is more shiny in the JP bag, and secondly, the shoulder strap is totally different
