INA WS are stuck, bleak prospect, only Grego is exceptional. Fitriani just fulfills her seeding position, lost at quarterfinal stage by 3rd seed Line Kjaersfeldt.
It seems Wang Chi Lin also finding a nervous touch in G2, whereas SYW becoming more aggressive and active.
next tournament they participate is French Open, and they might end in first round as they are facing INA's Ardianto/Alfian, second best pair below Marcus/Kevin...
ahhaha 3 MAS reps vs 2 INA reps and INA camp will kill each other tomorrow.... splendid result indeeds for INA camp.... well done
wow, all Japanese WD in semifinal again. They dominate WD in all level 1000,750,500,300,100 with all different pairs right now.
I extremely wonder why that is the case though Why Japanese WD managed to dominate their sector? Why that does not happen in other sectors? What goes right for Japan in WD? What goes wrong for other countries in that sector? I hypothesize the answer does not solely lies in 'good young badminton training system', but also lies in the nature of doubles game compared to singles, and social structure in Japan between male and female Then, can this be replicated or adopted to other countries?
If I can add. Its caused by TakaMatsu factor. Since their triumph at Rio, "suddenly" young talents arise and arise like mushrooms in the rainy season..
As far as the CURRENT youth is concerned, both the 'good young training system' and 'sociological factor' hypotheses may well be under attack. In the Badminton Asia Junior U17 & U15 Championships 2018, concurrently being held in Myanmar, only one Japanese WD pair out of a combined total of six have managed to make it to the semi-finals. Japan is at the top of its game now. Prospects down the road look a little bleaker.
The answer is so easy in WD. Its longer game, hard to kill and Japanese Women simply has more stamina compared to other countries Women.
