There are some dangerous floaters who may rise through the Qualifiers.
In MS, look out for Denmark's Joachim Persson and Emil Holst. And the Swede Henri Hurskainen.
Then there's the international XD pair of Ivanov & Ponappa.
In WS, there's Indonesia's Milicent Wiranto and Japan's Akane Yamaguchi.

Ivanov and Ponappa's partnership looks interesting, hope it works out well for them. Personally, I'm quite impressed by the Russian Ivanov both as men's singles and men's doubles player, and Ponnappa too as women's singles and mixed doubles - they might just turn out to be a promising mixed doubles pair.

me too wonder, ivanov has very good skill n speed while ponappa is one of hardest female smashers

The battle of teenager, two times WJ Champion, Akane Yamaguchi passed first hurdle then she will take on local new talent Mia Blichfeldt to chase main draw ticket.
