It was my impression that those 5th, 6th and 7th seeds were several levels below the top 4 seeds. It's not uncommon those 5-7th seeds lost in the first rounds.

Agree with you, that's why I suggested a redraw. Strange that Xue Song takes over Lee CW's place instead of Lee DK who is the highest ranked qualifier.
