could you clarify/elaborate? because i am unaware of any differences between the new and old colorways of ARC11 NR900 NR800 NR750 NR-ZSP VT-LDF etc the only discrepancies that i can think of are when people claim there are weight/flex differences between a general release and from player/limited edition models (LTD, LV, LCW, TH, PG, etc)
I think there are minor differences, but not to all models, only some models do. I personally feels that DR10 Green/Orange has significant differences compare to DR10 Blue/Red(LCW version). Sent from my VIE-L29 using Tapatalk
honestly it feels all the same to me on the versions .___. edit: i didnt get to try out the blue and orange one yet though
getting lcw version today afternoon through exchange. giving away my Ashaway phantom x speed and z-ziggler. i really want something of a headweight in doubles besides zf2(4u) it should serve my arsenal well. zf2, Thruster8k and duo10LCW would sit perfectly i guess? duo10 has some headweight in play!
I have a duora 10 lcw..... It is written as a 4u racket.... But duora 10 comes either in 3u or 2u catagory.... Is my racket counterfeit or genuine.... Please help me find this....
I am confused which color theme is the so called "Frosted Blue", can some one post up a picture for me please ? Thanks in advance !
These pictures are really interesting !! But I reckon VTZF was having a slightly "sharper" ISO shape at the top, if this is really a repainted Voltric, I am leaning more towards believing it as a VT80, anyone else having the same feeling ? This is getting more and more fun !
I switched from VT80 3U to DR10LCW(Blue/Pink) 3U, using the same string(BG80) with same tension(27 lbs @ 4 knots), I personally share the same comments with you on most of the pointers, but not all of them.. I guess maybe due to different style of swinging / hitting the shuttles ? Below are Good for me, - Easier Backhand clear, extremely accurate shot placement and require less energy - Easier Defense, but my defense is never too good(not consistent), so probably I am not the best guy to rate this department - Easier and less tiring Jabbing, I can last longer in a case of M16 style continuous firing, although DR10 is not the best but still better than VT80 - Very easy clear / lob, accuracy is spot on, shuttle landing range is easily managed, can't ask for better except hoping for faster shuttle speed(Velocity). Below are some Negatives for me, - Smash, lack of punch ! I am not really a super hard hitter when comes to smashing, but the difference between VT80 and DR10 is significant, this is based on the feedback from my regular playing gang, you definitely can't expect the same thunderous smash from a head heavy racket such as VT80 to come from a DR10LCW... I guess the VT80 helps me a lot back then.. - Serves have gone bad... WTF !? My serves are no longer as perfect as before, I can't understand why since I don't think a racket change would impact in this department but seems it does.. Or maybe I need to practice more service(player problem).. hahaha.. Summary, - I can't say it helps me to win more games but it's definitely less tiring comparing with a VT80 3U, I get to enjoy more games in a session coz I can last longer playing it - Most of the shots has become more consistent probably due to a even balance design, ofcoz I can't neglect the contribution due to good build quality from Yonex which I believe is the fundamental reason to this area, it definitely help me to make less mistakes during a rally. I miss the VT80 3U though... huhu.. :-( ~~
String pattern is wrong for Voltric 80. VT 80 uses 3+2 (3 sets of single passes, and 2 shared holes); the D10 also uses a 3+2. The Z Force, and LCW's Duora, both use the 4+2 pattern.
