With that defeat, Lin Dan is surely out of Destination Dubai...Vittinghus has now 8000 points lead over him and he is 9th position closely behind wing wing ki and Ng Long

Teo Eeyi is the best partner for Goh V Shem for now, considering his great front court skill. Unfortunately, they have been training only for a short time and this is their first tournament.

Unfortunately, both of them are going downhill. Ahsan/Hendra failed to pass group stages at Rio, and failed to pass through early rounds at SS level.
Goh/Tan's personal problems showed up and they rarely communicate. Rarely pass early round like Ahsan/Hendra.

I'd say it was inevitable for both pair to split up.

Bad luck for Goh/Teo, meeting World Champions and Denmark Premier champion Liu/Zhang.

GVS is an exciting MD player, I don't deny it but what about TWK? I thought he can be a good back court player, just he is stuck on front court with GVS.

Li/Liu lost to another Indonesian Pair. Its actually their Sixth defeat to Indo Pair this year, quite astonishing for no 1 ChinesePair. 75% of their defeat this year come against indonesia.

    so anti-indonesia.

Maybe being the first seed in WC have hurt them badly. In my opinion, they shouldnt blame themselves too much. That day AhsanRian was too good. It was like Bao/Tangjinhua. They never recovered, but it will be sad since they played together from junior. Imo, they should be separated. No motivation at all

TTY's form seems to have dissipated since her absence from the Worlds.

The start was at Indonesia Open 2017, land of upsets. That day, she was beaten by Nitchaon Jindapol. Since then, things were downhill for her.
