These Four Players Altogether Collect 16 WC Titles!

    .
Very pleased to watch Fu/Zhang bt Lee/Yoo 21-16, 21-18... this is a match between the superstars in today's MD, in addition to Mohammad Ahsan/Hendra Setiawan, the World's Top Three MD Pairs!

H2H now is 2-1 for Fu/Zhang's lead. The unusual stat of these MD encounters, their matches always end up in straight set, very strange for MD matches of the highest level!
(And the previous two matches both had one game settled in 2-point margin.)

And according to GC's remark, these four players: Fu Haifeng, Zhang Nan, Lee Yong Dae and Yoo Yeon Seong altogether collected the very impressive number of gold medals, with total of 16 World Championship titles!

with Zhang Nan playing like this , this pair is a sure strong contender at WC and OG , having beaten LYD/YYS and Ahsan/Setiawan, the only thing is he'll also have to focus on his XD with ZYL, really like Zhang Nan's fundemental and effective play, definitely one of the best player in both MD and XD at the moment!

Becoming a good match. First 20-25 points were terrible. Some quality near the end there. Now LD to win in 3 sets.

    CTC is the best!

so sad that the Republic of China flag can only be displayed inconspicuously inside the stadium.

Tien Chen was trailing the whole game and Lin Dan relaxed too much. Loses game1 19-21, he should have taken it easily. Tien Chen will have the crowd behind him and will be fired up. Can Lin Dan stage a comeback?

This is a problem with Lin Dan.

He gets over confident too easily. And seems to think that only he can be mentally tough and come from behind.

Right now, he doesn't even seem to be putting much of an effort.

Lin Dan should be fully aware by now that occasionally there will be opponents who play above themselves and, what's more, with luck on their side as well.

If Lin Dan loses this one, he will have to do some serious thinking back home.
