The 0.5 request tickled me - "my guys want 25.5, not 25.6!"

For the record, four darts weigh more than 100 grams. And that's not including stems and flights.

0.1 kg equals 0.22lbs which equals 6Hz in ping result. Which is lost in a few minutes right off the machine with ease or just a minimal drift in constistency.

    Aero Cover? Nice try.

The innovations are so damn small.

I think the clamp improvements are the biggest and best changes. And the smaller distance from gripper to turtable is also nice.

Looks good, but the latest Gamma clamps are pretty small. I do find it odd that such high end machines don't do 0.1 increments as standard. Even a Wise manages that!

0.1 increments are unnecessary, IMO - nobody is going to ask for 26.8 lb.

Nobody I'd want to string for, anyway.

I have one customer who asks for such numbers, 12.3kg, 12,7kg, 12,9kg...not my favorite customer, because he provides old strings from the 90's and just pay the labour. IMO no need for beeing so accurate a few hits compensate this silly requests.

I don't see what makes this machine more "deluxe" than its previous version.

At best, it should be called Protech 8.1

You need the aerocover because when wind blows at Cat3 speed you are still able to do stringing comfortably...

    Anyway nice protechs!!

The aero cover is sold as an addon and costs 2000$ alone

The idea I think is a good one and should become industry standart is going in 0.5 steps when using kgs. That means going 11.0-11.5 -12.0-12.5 etc. with each press of a button. We often have requests at half kilogramms right? As it is now it's like jumping in lbs 24-26-28 etc... And than we have to use 0.1 kg button to get to 12.5...

Or is it just my machine?

Probably the price of an economy car. I know the protech 8 is somewhere in the range of ~15K Canadian a few years back. My guess is that the 8 deluxe would probably be closer to 20K.

Need to Recalibrate my ES5pro. Beside the self calibrate 'white button' any help is welcome.
Recalibrate = I mean a program that can access to the machine memory to reprogram it.

Need to send to Japan, they are very secretive about machine. I wouldn't try. I just add tension, mine is pulling about a half pound low so stringing 1 pound tighter. I plan to send mine to factory to have it cleaned and recalibrate this year when I move to Japan.
