Does anybod know why in some pictures online of the purple edition of these shoes it has Quattro fit written on it (photos on MBS) while some others have super ergoshape written on them? Do these shoes use Quattro fit and just different regions have different names?

This doesn't seem to be a problem only related to the new SHB-01:s though. I've seen this kind of rip on other older models as well.

Can anyone tell me the differences between Quattro fit and egroshape? I'm size nine and a half and I wear nine and a half egroshape yonex shoes but I'm afraid Quattro fit won't fit me or something due to different technology

It's just that there is less space in around the small toe area in the shoes. I think other minor differences but nothing huge. I stayed the same size when switching shoes and I like Quattro fit a LOT more. It's only a big deal if you have wide feet.

I found my 01's came in a little bit longer than all my other yonex shoes for some reason.

You are right. I just received my pair of SHB01MID yesterday from Japan. I got a big shock when I tried on the shoes. It is longer than any other Yonex shoes.

I gathered from this thread that I should stick to the same size or go half a size bigger.
In fact I should have gone half a size smaller.

Hey guys, previously im wearing shb86ltd with size 8.5 UK, surprise that today i try out the shb01mx size 8.5 too, i found the front of my feet fit nicely but the shoes is abit longer, i can fit my finger into the shoes after i wear it, i thought we suppose to bigger by 0.5 size? But seen like i need to reduce by 0.5 size compared to my previous shb86ltd

And i do ask a seller, they claim that LTD have more tight design, is that true? I thought all shb01 is same design just with different coloue layout?

Ltd purple. I measured and it was a little bit longer, not sure it's just because it's thicker or if the proportions are actually different

So how did u solve this problem? Its not a good idea to play with longer shoes because it might injured when u change ur footwork

Do u think it work perfectly if reduce by 0.5 size?

had them for a week only, during exams so haven't actually played much in them yet. I wouldn't reduce the size because they are narrow especially by the lateral claws. I can comment more after I go to the gym later today.

I was using f1n ltd before and 2 pairs of 102's before that. After playing tonight I realized the extra length is in the material thickness and there isn't extra space in where your foot is so a change of size wouldn't help any really. After breaking them in they actually are really comfortable to play in.
Edit. All my yonex shoes are size 10.5 US.
