I prefer the yellow colour and design. It is also bigger and roomier which is useful if you only carry this to a game.

No, I meant the THL2-PCL-03 the last pictures I posted. The prices in KL are much better in Singapore. Here you need a discount to maybe even come close to prices you have there.

I think this is a useful bag if you are planning to carry light to a game and just a racquet or maybe two on top of using it as a normal going-out bag. Very handy. May also be use as a weekend getaway bag.. to Cameron Highlands :D.

Just a note here. I noticed in the Supers Series Masters Finals this year in JB that the European Yonex-sponsored players carry SP version bags whereas the Asian Yonex-sponsored players carry the JP version.

Zabee why didn't you come for the Super Series Masters? You could get your long awaited white 9826AI white bag here in JB ;). A lot of people who came bought it. Now I bet a lot of Johoreans are carrying it to their game :D.

Comparison of BAG802AI (JP) and SUNR-9826AI (SP)

I brought my BAG802AI to Sports Life for a visual comparison with the SUNR-9826AI and was I surprise that there are really quite a lot of differences between the two. All the time I thought it was only just a couple of features here and there. I will let the pictures do the speaking...

First set of pictures are both of them in the same frame.
    In running order..

    1st: SP left, JP right
    2nd: JP top, SP bottom
    3rd: JP left, SP right
    4th: JP left, SP right
    5th: SP top, JP bottom
    6th: JP top, SP bottom

    Yes, it is :)

BAG802AI retail price in Japan is JPY11,500 (SGD181, MYR442 at current exchange rates) before discount. SUNR-9826AI is SGD69.90 (MYR171) at Sports Life before discount.

I think you may be able to get it cheaper from Sunrise Malaysia in KL if the pricing system is similar to Yonex clothing. Zabee got his yellow Lin Dan All-England shirt lower that what I paid here :(;).

Not my intention to add to your confusion . My advice is if you are not into those bells and whistles and the bling factor, get the SP bag as the JP is more than 2.5 times the price. The overall white bag design; whether JP or SP; is still very appealing and it really stands out.

As mentioned in a few posts earlier, I have seen the Yonex-sponsored European pros using the SP 9826AI in the recent Super Series Masters Finals. From afar they look just as good. Only on closer scrutiny with my binoculars that I noticed they were using SP bags.

Hope this will help you make a more well-informed decision. Either way I am sure you will be happy with your bag :).
