Good start by Ng Ka Long. 7-1
Verma is closing the gap but is stopped by ng ka long 11-5 interval
A good start for Angus
that wouldn't do for Sameer. He needs to take the initiative
Ng never apologizes his opp when the shuttle is deflected by the net, rudely signals for shuttle change and cold behaviour always.
Verma needs to be more aggressive and cut down on the errors
Verma need to be patience.
11-5 to Verma now in second game.
Interesting, exact same score at G2 interval but this time adv to verma
Verma fights back in G2, impressive
According to GC, Gopichand said Sameer is going to be the next Srikanth, why not better than Srikanth ?
Verma did the same thing just now, his smash is deflected by net and he didn't apologize.
Both are superb players.
What a turnaround for Sameer in G2. I've a feeling he's going to take the match in three sets.
Verma is deceptive.
that's the way he should continue in g3, staying pro-active and with self-belief
21-10 , second game goes to verma. Now heading towards third.
I feel there's no big deal about apologising for lucky net cord, makes no difference to the opponent who's not going to be consoled anyway. Luck of the net cord is unintentional, accidental, and happens to anybody any time, just one of those things.
Angus starting G3 with a sense of urgency.
And now Sameer is up to it too.
That's a good punch clear when Sameer was expecting a smash from Angus
