Drama! line judge unsighted, umpire calls it in.
Sindhu takes it. What a relief on the faces of her team.
well done sindhu.
Sindhu looked tired. Xiaoyu Liang lost despite being the better player today.
Repost: Sindhu has a close shave. Liang Xiangyu has improved considerably, needs to learn to handle the crucial points better, too eager to attack.
Sorry, multiple posts not my fault.
Missed the Bao Yixin/Yu Xiaohan match, a surprise they came on top of the OG champion. Keep it up. JiaYou!
Akane appears listless
Akane coming alive now, winning a good rally.
Akane jumping about like a bouncing ball.
Akane occasionally lifts short and duly punished.
I think it was when she hit and easy shot out the side of the court. That just opened a crack that the fighting Sindhu exploited.
Actually stopped seeing score updates when PV was trailing 7-14...was pleasantly surprised to see later that she won. PV of old would've definitely lost this match. Also, this is the first time she reached successive SF in Super Series tournaments.
Li YH/Huang DP routed in G1 by Jung KE/Shin SC
HKSAR Man/Suet looking good, another XD pair to reinforce Reginald/Chau.
Chn has 3 WD pairs in the semis tomorrow. Li Yongbo must be happy.
How did Saina managed to beat Sayaka Sato with that lumbering court movement?
Cheun Ngan Yi's running ability which I noticed a few months ago is still much in evidence this tournament.
Remarkable low x-net defense, Cheung.
Saina is very fit and has raw power and a strong attack, but she's just back from injury layoff, not fully match fit yet.
watching SN play for the first time in this tourney. She looks weak and intimidated
hmmmph that deep FH corner
