Yonex-Sunrise HONG KONG Open SS 2014 : Qualifying & R/32 (18th & 19th November 2014)

This nazomi is a pocket rocket. A lot of fighting spirit!

I remember her playing once against SN in Mas open if I am not wrong 1 or 2 years back..she was very young at that time still she made SN a real run to win every point....
I wonder if she is improved since then..she recently won KOR open (I guess) so let's see how far can she manage the draining exhausting SS level

Sonwonho is on fire?. My favourite player hu yun lost in straight games. Hu yun is ok?

I somewhere said..hu hun is an old meat yet it has some resistance remaining I guess all of that steam was utilized in the previous tourney..
WHS is indeed the most dependable candidate to win this SS if CL don't show that WZM side of him :P
Well I shouldn't say that as WZM comfortably def KM (WZM part2) :p

Indeed..OTOH her Sr and compatriot Yui showed the same remarkable spirit against the deception queen former WC RI before going down in an exhausting triple setter after marginally edging her opponent in g1

It is working now..I was following the scores of RMV vs SS somewhere in the middle of g2 it stopped

Sho Sasaki wins against RMV Gurusaidutt

21-15 15-21 22-20

Yeah..guru did well by savin 3 MPz but it was way too difficult to deny more experienced opponent and that to when you are not fully recovered from injury ...
Cheers for his extreme will power which mada the scorelines quite dramatic and he also squeezed every drop of fuel from his opponents tank..

CWF doing his level best to take MAS flag somewhere near to the expectations.. I really like his game play he is really spirited and optimistic...defeated THW with very convincing scoreline.. I wonder how THW reached so high in the rankings.. Maybe his tourney selection is really helpfull to begg some good points..he was showing some good signs in the middle but again the same story inconsistency just like his every counterparts..
Let's see if he canake some more upsets until he is shown the door..

Well I wonder if Maeda/kakiwa can finish any damn match under 1 hr..
I mean no matter who so ever they face they keep on postponing the end..strecthing and stretching its so tiring for us to watch how can they handle all this...its harsh but yes they are the most boring WD pair..

You guys have a local talent who must now be better supported by home fans! :D

Now that LCW's fate is still in suspense.

And what about you guyz? :D
Derek after playing well on CWG seems to drop in not only rankings but also in his own game..Wong ki wing too

Hey scorpion are you watching sports hour at DD sports..
Today's expert was having good command but again made big blunders..mistakes and mistakes he keep on saying SSP as CHN masters and also about Magnus and Anand's match

Big Brother in limbo and someone has to carry the flag.

Yep. They will do these kind of mistakes. Today I haven't seen it. What did they say about china open..

Well one of the mate here posted a full long requisites list for PK to qualify well it included
He should go till SF atleast..
KT and KM/TS should loose in R1..
HKV and Hu hun shouldn't go ahead then PK (if I recalled all of them correctly)
KTand KM already lost Hu hun about to loose..its tough match for TS and VA won so if PK reaches SF anyhow he'll double the IND chances in MS in Dubai later this year..I pray for the same ;)
If PK wins it will be KS vs PK - isn't it?
That's just unfair. There should be a rule like the top 2 players from a country will be in separate halves of the draw.

Why didn't Sony Dwi Kuncoro have a coach tonight at the HK open against Takuma Ueda? When Takuma Ueda went up 11-6 in the second set, Sony Dwi Kuncoro looked back at the coach's chair and remembered he didn't have a coach. There has to be an Indonesian national coach available to give him advice because the entire Indonesian national team is at the HK Open.
