The 2022 Asian Games (Chinese: 2022年亚洲运动会; pinyin: Èr líng èr èr nián Yàzhōu Yùndònghuì), officially the 19th Asian Games (Chinese: 第十九届亚洲运动会; pinyin: Dì Shíjiǔ Jiè Yàzhōu Yùndònghuì) also known as Hangzhou 2022 (Chinese: 杭州2022; pinyin: Hángzhōu Èr líng èr èr), is a continental multi-sport event currently being held from 23 September to 8 October 2023 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. The games marked the 110th anniversary since the creation of the first continental event, starting with the 1913 Far Eastern Championship Games.

Originally scheduled to take place from 10 to 25 September 2022, on 6 May 2022 the Games were postponed to 2023 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The new dates were announced on 19 July 2022. Hangzhou is the third Chinese city to host the Asian Games, after Beijing in 1990 and Guangzhou in 2010.

The badminton tournaments at the 2022 Asian Games will be held at Binjiang Gymnasium in Hangzhou, China from 28 September to 7 October 2023. The badminton programme will include men's and women's singles competitions; men's, women's, and mixed doubles competitions; and men's and women's team events.

Any good reason for only 8 seeds in MS.. Why not 16 or 32 seeds in 64 member draw?.. Don't say computer program!

Like India got with cake-walk in group stage.. Here too world 500+ have 1st round bye like World number No. 900...But 14th & 18th ranked players are playing 1st round.. Should be given 32 SEEDs in MS at-least!

So you tell me this is a random draw, but like in MD with only 4 seeds none of the same country is in the same half lol. Even when those both pairs that arent seeded like Singapore and Mongolia are separated. I dont think organizers say anything about this, What about other disciplines.

What a f up draw for KangSeo though

I saw Herry IP coaching Rinov/Pitha for XD individual Asian Games 2023,,, so Coach Aryono will take care of the MD I assume...

good work for Coach Koh Herry IP... Rinov/Pitha beat the Korean XD pair,,, kinda surprising result.

I think the plan for coach Herry IP is to focus on improving Indonesia's XD for years and years to come (so not getting worse hopefully)

Why does both the scoreboard and schedule ( all official communications) read Krishna Prasad/Tanisha crasto, when it's Sai Pratheek?

I was disappointed when I heard Krishna with Tanisha. Felt nice after knowing it’s her partner Sai Pratheek lol

MAS MD is not going to win if Aaron is being held back at the back court.
