    The Singapore XD pair have been upset. Chayut/Lei (BWF ranking 31) were taken apart in straight games 21-14, 21-18 by unheralded Korean pair of Ji/Hye (ranked 134.)

    ...and at the crucial moment, WPT/CEH find another gear to go into the lead. But Suci/Della are hanging in there, and its not over yet. MAS lead though, 17-15!

    Convincing win by Alvent/Hendra AG, 21-14 / 21-9 over TPE Chen HL/Lin YL. Next, possibly all INA affair in last eight as they may take on Kido/Setiawan.

    Lets see if MAS WD can do it again!

    Vivian Hoo and Woon Khe Wei are up against Misaki Matsutomo and Ayaka Takahashi. There isn't much to separate the 2 teams, ranking-wise, but the only time they met earlier, the MAS girls trumped the Japanese girls.
