As anticipated, Malaysia got beaten. Quite a number of errors from Vivian Hoo especially - but mainly loose understanding and strong defence from the opponents.

Now the path to quarterfinals is looking dim.

Hu Yun vs Boonsak is coming up to be another marathon match. But looks like Hu Yun has turned the tables as Boonsak is forced down yet again.

Iris Wang is kinda small - almost like a schoolkid when compared to her well endowed Nordic opponent from Sweden.

there's no such an easy draw in group 1 A-D, the level of competition is very tight, danish lost 1 match against SIN, they couldn't swept 5-0 as before, and CHN almost lost one in WS :)

Hope Malaysian coaches will consider fielding LKW/GVS in the match against Germany.... Really "shocked" by KKK/TBH's performance today... But I like our women double's fighting spirit even though they lost eventually... :)

Are you sure KKK/TBH can beat the German pair after looking at their performance today? Better give chance to their junior I think.. :)

Eva Lee is proving to be a health hazard to the two Swedish girls. She has been successful at sending the shuttle straight to their faces, once each for each Swedish player.
