wat is the different between this 2 racquet? they are different only in sense of colour, design or there are difference is spec too? i will like to ask the AT700 user here about their comment? a 3U version or AT700 will be better or a 4U will be better or both have their specialty? do both version available in MALAYSIA market? Please share.
AT-700 = Obviously head heavy but overall is light. AT-700 LTD = Not only head heavy but overall weight has increase.
agreed here, though it depends on what you feel comfortable with. can always just choose a smaller size and add overgrips to increase it to your liking.
do ppl here generally prefer AT700 or AT700LTD? i'm currently on AT900Tech...and i'm really tempted to switch to AT700LTD also considering NS9K-S, Arc-10 and to a lesser extent, Ti-10. but i've always been a fan of head heavy racquets plus i don't have good wrist work
The LTD in singapore here is abit overpriced, its SGD380. I think should be able to get 2 700s for that price.
Don't quote me on this. According to reliable resource, AT700 is suppose LD spec, double checked for high quality. Also the paint job is limited. Since have to mod AT700 mold for limited production, the cost is more than 2x. So if you can get one for less than 2x regular AT700, consider it a good deal for a limited production.
many thanks to grandmaster. conclusion, new mold means new dimension or specification. thus, At700 is totally different in term of specs and paint job too........
got a couple of AT700LTD from www.mybadlookbad.com 's shop in BKK. haven't played with it yet, but was swinging some racquets in the shop. the LTD version seems much heavier (perhaps on the head end) compared to the 700. i hope i'll be able to adapt to this racquet.
how bout now at900p vs at700ltd....wat do u guys think....as i know at700ltd is using the same old tech as well as at700.....is without elastic Ti...but do u guys know wat elastic ti function for?
Elastic Ti = Increase the repulsion power at the sweet spot area. The feel, I mean the feedback and repulsion power is quite difference compare to AT700 and 2nd Ti-10. Racquets with Elastic Ti tech. increase approx. 10% of repulsion power compare to the racquets I mention above. However, I don't think this technology give advantages to head heavy racquet (AT700 & AT-Power / Technique). Head Light racquets will benefit a lot from this technology (said NS-9000) Just my findings.
If you hit the sweetspot of the NS9000 you will get great power but if outside the sweetspot then the NS9000 is not forgiving at all.
