MSAC requires us to confirm our court-booking 24 hours before our session starts; and I wish to have 24 hours' notice to organise/hire our courts from MSAC. Reminder: If you cannot attend, you will need to be removed ASAP, otherwise you will need to pay the session fee. Why? While I was at MSAC today, Tuesday 17-Jun-2014 (for a private coaching/training session), I checked our 'Buying-in List' there. As expected, we shall need only ONE court. So, we finalised our court booking with MSAC for only 1 court required - Court No.11. It is now best not to exceed 8 players. Therefore, we have only 1 vacancy remaining. As you know by now, if you have bought-in and didn't show, you will still need to pay for the session fee. Why? Because you have prevented others from taking your place (as CCCers do check in at the last hours). We hire courts from MSAC based on how many CCCers have bought-in; And MSAC charges our court fees if we cancel our courts within 24 hours before our session starts. * Our Autumn Season (Mar, Apr, May) has expired.
