Apparently those are twin singers who happen to call themselves "Wink". The article says that the national team coach Kim Joong Soo, along with Wink's agent, set up the publicity event, which lasted for about an hour and included lesson in an older popular singing style known as teuroteu. Lee Yong Dae said that because of his nickname, "Wink Boy", there is some crossover in Internet searches for him or for the singing group.
