Using your chances wisely. Not just to interrupt the momentum and challenge a call on the opposite back line . it clearly hurted sun yu

19-18 instead of 20-17 and anything is possible. Too bad, only two challenges per player per match.

JOJ had wanted to challenge twice already in G2, but no Hawkeye on Court 2.

They should really only push out this technology if it was for all the courts, otherwise there's a gross unfairness towards players whose matches are not on TV court.

Sun Yu is constructing the rally quite well but when she goes on the attack, she errs a bit too often, in my opinion. She has to sharpen and intensify her attacks accurately. She got to have self-confidence to do it better.

Absolutely agree with you, Hawk-Eye for all the courts, starting with PSS, and gradually extends it to all the rest.

Sun Yu and PV Sindhu have similar heights and styles of play. Also a bit vulnerable due to their heights.

    Errors with Sun Yu:

    1. In kind of a childish manner, she almost completely gave up in the end which she didn't find suitable. Instead of going down 11-4 in G3 if she had got 3-4 more points, and the things could have been different.
    2. At the end of G3, she became a little anxious, smashing into the net. While Saina showed remarkable ability, and control. This is purely experience.
    3. In the last rally, when Saina retrieved some rallies which she shouldn't have, Sun Yu got frustated.

I doubt Sindhu will be ready for the next team event (is it asia cup)? Who would be Saina's deputy? Is Rutvika Shivani ready for the bigger stage?
