I noticed that she changed her shoes for the World Championships. I thought they were Mizuno wave fang rx, but the shoe design is different. I was wondering if anyone know what Mizuno model she is currently wearing?

I looked at those posts beforehand, wasn't sure that they were the Wave Fang SS since the design and mizuno logo is different. Just wanted to ask. Thanks for the confirmation...

You are right. Misaki's logo are indeed bigger from both sides!! Maybe she is wearing the JP version!!! just guessing!!
Hayakawa is wearing the red SS, her's is indeed different. Maybe a new Pro model: And some time ago when I was looking for pics of the VS2 Wide I came across this VB model (not that this is it but inside logo the size of this is not that unusual): Wave Gate apparently ... Yep demolidor, but the new RX/SS seems to have tamed down the inner huge ass logo... so this deserves a... *inhales*
Not sure, but Ayaka might be wearing the pro version. I tried to look at a side view of Misaki's shoe, but couldn't tell. Misaki's shoe looks nice though. The bottom part of her shoe doesn't seem to have the grey part like the SS.
Misaki's shoe seems to have the old Wave pattern on the side; it really looks like the old Pro in a new colourway but it wouldn't make sense . It even has the triangle on the heel with the model name as pictured above on the white ones.
It might be the pro version since the design look very similar to the the old pro with a new colorway unless it is a new wave gate. I hope this version of the shoe is released in the future though.
Dun-dun-duuuunnn I guess these are two different models as well that aren't the black/blue VS2 ... She was still wearing the old Pro in the last tournament before the WC, so good chance it is indeed the same shoe in a different colourway (coinciding with release of new model for promotion):
Are the black/blue ones wave gate or pro?? I always thought they were the wave gate since I only saw those in black/blue. WOW, I actually wish they released more colors for the pro line.
The badminton black & blue was the Wave Fang VS2 http://products.mizuno.jp/c/sp/item/71GA141027/017007001#collapsible01 But neither of these are it as it had a small inside logo but the above both have a large one. Misaki is definitely wearing the Pro imo, the other one I don't know yet but also a badminton model, not Wave Gate (volleyball model). Hayakawa did wear the black VS2 with small logo so it's probably not a special pro edition of the VS2. (with big logo for better visibility ) Or at least I thought I saw so, here is a pic of him with the other big logo This post indicates they think it is VS2 but the pics posted say otherwise: http://www.smash-net.tv/topics/details/id/1138/ (it just doesn't look like it to me on various aspects). edit: I think it is a black/blue version of Wave Fang XT2
hmm the wave gate just came to mind. Oops. I got the models mixed up. I meant to say the wave fang vs 2 was the black/blue that I saw and wanted. . Seem like Misaki is wearing either the pro or xt2, unless the colorway she is wearing is this year's version of the shoe since the design in the front looks different to me compared to the other models.
Misaki: Pro ; Takahashi/Endo/Hayakawa: XT2 (of the black/blue shoe) Red/black shoe = Misaki Pro ; Hayakawa SS ... See this pic of Takahasi and notice the white line on the sole (Fang VS2 doesn't have that): Misaki's shoe has that silver triangle again on the heel part that is missing on the XT2 but is present on the Pro.
