Hi guys, Lets don't assume anything here. Right after I finish reading the thread about our dear friend Zack who got rob last Monday, I straight away PM him about the details. But till now, he hasn't replied my PM. The details is very important to us before we jump to any conclusion. Further explanation about the details can really help us such as where did he park the car, what time & the attackers identity. So, from the details we can work on, avoid or be careful in future. Saying that, doesn't mean you guys do not need to be cautious about the Ara's surrounding. In this particular thing, I really take it seriously and personal especially if it happened to one of us. If any of you have any doubts, info, or any other details please do let me know. I just get one of my police officer to monitor this situation and us. Well... Have a great day guys. Please take care of you BF, GF, husband, wife, sister, brother & friends at badminton courts or anywhere. I need to end this message... I agree with Iqmal. My car was broken into in Taman Megah and all my rackets were stolen. It was in the afternoon and I parked right in front of the futsal court! These unfortunate things can happen at any time and any where. We just need to stay alert and take necessary precautions. I think the case should be reported to the Ara court management so that they can hire a few security guards to patrol the area.
Hi guys, Sorry guys was busy last few days....Iqmal sorry did not get ur PM leh...newsy this is what happened..... Time: about 8 plus Location: park opposite the badminton court Incident: ...Was coming out from my car with 2 bag ...a badminton bag and a laptop bag. While holding my car key 3 Indians with 2 motorbike plus 2 parang grab my car key and pull open my backpack grab my laptop..ask for wallet and hp but mine was securely inside my badminton bag...take too long and few people was coming so they drove their motors away. Who knows what might happen if nobody appear....and I need to ask friend to pick up my spare key to send over to me Guys and gals just extra careful about it...like what terrance says it might happen anywhere..but from what I was informed by those people who stays there police usually Ronda there but my case is the second case oldie...and u know what the first person who came to my aid was also an Indian.... Thank for the concern guys if any of u guys plays weekend morning session around pj do let me know ya if I could join...for the mean time no night session for me ......scared liaw wakakakaka
Zack, I'm sorry to hear of such terrible misfortune to happen to you. It could have happened to any of us. I'm sure we are all just glad to hear that you were not physically harmed in any way. It could have been far worst, as we all know how desperate & ruthless robbers nowadays are. Like our captain Iqmal said, we shall be extra careful and vigilant about our surrounding, when we get out or in our car. Not just around AraCourt, but everywhere. PS: on a brighter note, you seem to have hinted they didn't take away your badminton bag & the goodies inside...
Hi Terence, FYI, I did reported/told them about the situation. The Ara Courts management takes a serious note about it. At the same time also, I told my friend who is a police officer which Ara is in his jurisdiction to monitor/take note about this situation. After I finished my session just now at Ara, I noticed that instead of 1 guard last time, now they have 2 guards already. This means that the management did something about this. Well... For this time being, just be careful anywhere you are.
