Strange, I have the same machine as wlotus that has the new C shaped supports and I received the new sleeves as well. I'll take the pics when I get home, I think they are definitely more snug then the old design.

Found the mystery pieces from one of the bags....How can I not notice them?
    Thanks, GaryC!

Now I should be able to clamp last two strings fine. However, the arms no longer reaches that far. They barely pass the last share holes.:(

    looks much better!

you can probably sneak in another 5-10mm by rotating the side support.

I think it's safe to say that the arms are the same length then!

I think the 6pt without SC is discontinued but any reason you would want the regular 6pt machine?

My son likes a 6 pt one to start his stringing badminton rackets for others.

You can just buy the 6pt with SC. It's still available and SC is a great feature.

Anyone has experienced that the lines scratches can be seen on the surface turntable (Gamma 6004) because of clamp base. Can we avoid it or unavoidable?

Yes, it happened to my machine. The turntable is made of extruded aluminum, compared to the hard metal (assuming it's steel) of clamp base it is quite soft and prone to galling. Clean the debris off the clamp base and lubricate the rails and area where the clamp base makes contact with. While scratches does not make your machine look pristine, it does not affect the performance. Just my two cents, hope that helped.

Im sorry to bring such an old thread back to life.

But, does anyone know if its possible to only buy the turntable from the Gamma 6004?

Im looking for a better way of mounting my rackets, and this should fit my current siboasi machine which has a decent motor, but the turntable is awfull.

Although they are in the USA it would be best to contact Gamma Directly or www.atssports.com to see if you could just order the turntable.
