To jk1980, Take care your ankle, put ice on it for immediate remedy, if long term use a warm towel or deep heat. Hope this info helps.... Hi guys, The ankle feels much better after using some medicine my granddad left for my mom. Really works like a miracle. I think I can play a little tomorrow but dun expect me to jump around.. As for the shuttle. Yes it's 55 / tube. I normally buy protech gold cause there's no RSL there. As for the court fees...we just divide evenly between whoever shows up ok? See you all tomorrow...
