hi, i'm still a beginner in badminton.
i would like to ask you all on how to hit a perfect jumping backhand or forehand smash.
in a jumping forehand smash, should i hit the ground or onto the opponent's body?
this is because i usually play smash, i could not target the birdie to hit on the vurnerable ground but it goes straight to the opponent's body (or head). how can i improve my accuracy?
anyway, i usually does a backhand smash onto the opponent's head all the time (when conditions apply), how could i improve my jumping backhand smash to hit the ground near the net area so that the the opponent had i tough time hitting it back...
btw, i'm playing singles
