I have checked in the information of your Yonex Nanospeed 9000S shaft Serial:7313159; Cone Date Code:111273US (date=11 Dec 2007) to my information list of Yonex rackets made in Japan, its serial no. and date code are legitimate.

However you still need to inspect the other physical features of the racket carefully and compare the specifications to ascertain its total legitimacy or authenticity yourself.

Please read this BC link to understand more on the Yonex rackets serial numbering system:
    http://www.badmintoncentral.com/badminton-central/content/view/78/33/

Your Nanospeed 7000 with the date code of 161205SP meaning that it is produced on 16 Dec 2000.
Yonex Nanospeed 7000 was launched in Nov 2004.
IMHO, your Yonex Nanospeed 7000 of Shaft no. 6171884 and Cone No. 161205SP is a fake.
