Hope i mention the correct muscle name. Idk the name actually but just google it. Its muscle on the back of armpit. Lately since January actually, everytime i play i always feel pain on my right hand on the back of my armpit. Idk why, 1st tought i do wrong hitting but it happen everytimes which makes me wonder. Trace back, on December i help my accounting department to do end year inventory taking. Its pretty much physical works taking out box from rack, counting, & put it back for almost whole month. Not to mention im a big man, i do the physical task mostly & let the counting to the lady. What i notice is that my formal suit (not stretchy like shirt) feel somewhat tight on the shoulder & my right hand hardly able to reach my left back due to the tightness. So i assume due to the physical works, i build up some muscle mass. If that the case, what kind of workout should i do daily to makes it adapt to badminton quick & rapid flex. Thanks.
