A new venue for Thailand Open 2011 is at Chulalongkorn University area, about 1.1 km away from the previous one.

As far as I know the ticket fee is 100 Thai Bahts. On-line ticket availability: no.
It is a new rule by Sports Authority of Thailand to make to earn some money in sports professional events for Thailand sports development.
