To be honest, it's quite suprising that Chinese players taking part DEN Open. I thought they pay attention only for BWF major events + Olympics during this pandemic era.
Why did SSJ/CYJ and CSG/SSJ withdraw from the competition? Is someone injured? Its like korea took off their main XD and MD by doing that
I watched till the 11 points break of the 2nd game and knew MAS won't win. Only Pearly is smashing and Thinah was not following up on the short returns because she stood too far from the net. When INA attacks Thinah, her returns were too weak.
Henry and I chat about it! And some of the key matches we're excited for! Maybe we'll be right? Maybe wrong too haha
Thanks for the predictions! Is there any way you can get word to whoever does the sound at the Denmark Open that we can't hear the commentary?! The stadium sounds are SO loud compared to Gil and Steen; seems like the audio mix has gone wrong somewhere...
BWF are trying to find out how they can transition into normal ranking again. It is needed. Current ranking does not reflect the level of the players. If China doesn't play in regular tournaments, they risk dropping too much in the rankings and then getting locked out of major tournaments. They have to start playing at some point.
damn it, why couldn't they have set up the cameras like they did at TC and SC. It's so unsatisfying to watch from this far!
How did Toma Junior POPOV manage singles and doubles in one day ... Impressed just like he did in Thomas cup
If INA MD young pairs keep on winning their matches, the top-seeded Minions could end up facing their compatriots in QF and SF. They will face Mohd Shohibul Fikri/Bagas Maulana who have earlier upset Di Zijian/Wang Chang in straight sets. Pramudya Kusumawardana/Yeremia Erich Yoche Rambitan will likely face Kim Astrup/Anders Skaarup Rasmussen whom they had beaten this year en-route to the Spanish Masters 2021 title, in R16 on Thursday. Fajar Alfian/Mohd Rian Ardianto have a tougher draw and will have to beat Lu Ching Yao/Yang Po Han, M.R. Arjun/Dhruv Kapila and likely Satwiksairaj Rankireddy/Chirag Shetty before setting up a SF clash with the top-seed.
Who isn't? Given how he's gone from 14-8 to 15-12 since I turned the channel on, I'm not so sure he's going to win.
Heo Kwang Hee was Heo Kwang Hee, he lost to many "normal players". Heo used some tricks to facing Momota, as "serving the shuttle when Momota was not ready and was startle". But the world is so big and the world hasn't have Momota only.
Kanta Tsuneyama is a runner. He run all day long all around the court. So, i must say that Heo might have got tired at some point . But Heo definitely has some snacks in his pocket to give it to Kento Momota. Otherwise, Momota would not lose twice in a row against the same player.
^-^ I just want to say that. If he (Heo) wants to be one of top 8, he must be able to beat all players in top 8, not only Momota.
