After the ousting of France, I am just lost for words:eek:.

Uruguay will prevail over every obstacles in its path in the last 16 and onwards:);):D!

Argentina should breeze past Greece, perhaps they'll be happy to get a decent 2 goal difference.

Nigeria draws South Korea at 2 - 2:cool:.

The way I watch the games, I thought France and Italy are ''a bit'' (yes, France is out!) off the mark. Germany and England is definitely treading the way they want it to appear;);) so it should be no worries until deeper into the last 8. Netherlands looks true to its form:cool:. South Korea and Japan as always are playing all out:cool::cool:!

    Right on the money

YES:cool:! Got it right Argentina won a decent 2 goal difference:D!

    Nigeria draws South Korea 2 - 2;);)!

After my disappointment at the demise of France at least I got consoled by getting these 2 match results right:):)!

frankly , Arg D is very suspect... even a lone 'gunman' fr Greece can cause so much havoc...what about other countries that are more adventurous ??

The French team will fly back on economy class after the French Football Federation refused to pay for first or business class. I have a feeling all France will be up in arms against them for being so childish and for mutiny. This world cup will be remembered for the infamous French mutiny. I think Evra will face disciplinary action.

    What an interesting day.

URU 1-0 MEX. Both teams showed intent, hence no hanky-panky. URU is yet to concede a goal. Looks like the real deal

RSA 2-1 FRA. Yet another colossal refereeing blunder to add to this French tragedy. If I were the French team, I'd find the quietest way back to France. Maybe some far out regional airport. All players should be preparing their fake moustaches

GRE 0-2 ARG. Didn't really pay much attention to this match other than it was very one-sided and the Greek goalie kept them in the game. Messi still looking for his first goal

NGR 2-2 KOR. I honestly don't know how Korea survived this match. Their defending was clown-like, yet Nigeria turned down the ample opportunities handed to them. I don't know who is in more danger, the French team or Yakubu (match commentator "this is the worst finish I've ever seen in my life")

Portugal is my team, there was nothing wrong with the score and it did not get into the Guiness records. When Queiros took charge of the team 2 years ago, we lost 6-2 to Brasil and if not mistaken having lost to England in the past by even greater score. We learn from past mistakes and work hard to improve and play better as a team.

I wonder if you watched the games. N Korea allowed 6 goals in the second half because they decided to attack and left their back completely exposed. Portugal is ranked 3rd in FIFA rankings, overrated in my opinion, but still a strong team. You don't play against strong teams without a good defence and balance of front and midfield.

N Korean players displayed a lot of sportsmanship and played correctly even losing by that score. I do think what will happen when they go back home.

Can't say the same thing between Brasil and Cote d'Ivoire match...

And lastly for Spain, the coach lamented the team did not do better... on the scoring front as they might go home earlier than scheduled should Switzerland beat Honduras by more than 2 goals ;)

Prez BO and PM Cameron should fly to S. Africa to watch the match. Perhaps they might boost their team's morale. Perhaps.

Did you see that some French fans were cheering for South Africa? No wonder France imploded.
