Lately I have been having severe wrist pain with my racket arm. I think this is due to overwork at the keyboard, and not enough time warming up before playing. The later being due to the limited quantity of courts at our club. I am looking for suggestions to remedy the problem. I took 10 days off and felt better when I went back, but after 3 or 4 games the pain is there again. I also feel I hold the grip too tight. Any secret voodoo to make the pain go away, besides amputation?
