Goodbye y'all. Hope we win again before 2moro. Twice or more would be nice. And congrats n tnx to PK on his win 2day.
Sun Yu got to sharpen her attack, strengthen her defence, increase her speed of movement. The with her height, reach and size, she should be intimidating. It'll be even better if she learns to read her opponent's game as well but that's the harder part.
When SK fought back strongly in G2, I thought he'd be 4th time lucky but it was not to be as THW found his footing again in the 3rd to seal victory. I think, with that 4th win in a row over SK, THW's psychological advantage would be undeniable and a bit more significant in their future meetings.
On the other hand Mohammad AHSAN/ Hendra Setiawan is enjoying himself with an easy win for the first set 21-13.
I think there is a reason why Sun Yu lost so many matches recently. She doesnt want to move up one rank from 11 to 10.
You are right about her speed and may I add that she is not agile at all. I find her movement too sluggish, so much so that sometimes when an opportunity presented itself she couldn't get into position fast enough to prepare herself to execute a good smash or drop, down the line or across the court. Her heavy frame does not help at all. My 2 cent.
You described exactly what I meant, she is too slow. Chen Long is also a big, tall guy, look how swiftly and effortlessly he moves.
Defeat is already written on the wall. I can already smell it even before the tournament started. Son Wan Ho will lose for sure judging at his Kento is leading the game now.
Lee Hyun Il where are you? Wish you were playing in this tournament. Nobody from Korea can win the MS title if you are not playing.
And Son Wan Ho first round exit in tournaments continue again. Anyway congratulations to Kento Momota who played so well today to win the match.
CL is a man and the % of tall Chinese men who are agile and speedy is much higher than the fairer ***. Yes, there are tall and heavy Chinese ladies who are very agile and speedy, the volleyball players for example, but the sad reality is SY is not like them. I have no doubt that she is talented and works very hard. She will make a good 2nd and especially 3rd single in team events and should be kept in the team for that purpose and allowed to continue to take part in competitions, but for a future medal-winning Olympian I will look to HBJ, CYF and a host of players who are born in 1997 and later. On a side note I think CYF is a bit too feminine in her approach. CJ should look into this aspect of her game. She lost to LXY recently because LXY has better athletism. My 2 cents again.
Wow Go Ah Ra / Yoo Hae Won had an easy second set win 21-8 although they lost the first set 22-24. I am sure they can win the third set thus win this game.
i have heard that saina nehwal's home city http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/...am-event-in-February/articleshow/49463231.cms may host badminton asia team championships 2016 it would be great for indian players among whom most of them train at the very own stadium where the championships are expected to take place.
