Speaking of YONEX in Thailand, since Thailand is not part of SUNRISE group, where do Thailand get their YONEX stock from? Apparently, everything about Yonex in Thailand is slightly cheaper than what sunriseclick.com can offer, even at their discounted sale deal. For instance, I've purchased dozen of BG66UM & BG66F at merely THB 160 each (need to buy at least 10pcs of total THB 1600 or appr $50), meanwhile for the same deal with sunriseclick.com or any warehouse/importers in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, HK, JP, Philippine, etc... 10pcs of BG66UM/F cost about $80, excluded taxes & shipping fee. Same principles with their Yonex rackets, t-shirts (well,... t-shirts are mostly faked and the originals are hardly available with the latest model anywhere in Thailand), shoes, socks, accessories, towel, etc. Thailand provides cheaper Yonex of all ASIA (even if compared to China).
You might like to drop by the Yonex Thailand head office at Sukhumvit Soi 26 and have a chat with the Japanese there http://www.yonex-th.com/company/contact-us/
NR900 got a huge discount now at MrC Check this out http://www.mrc-sports.com/PD940319-Product-nanoray_900.html
hi there - this is slightly off topic in that i'm looking for yonex TENNIS racquets in bangkok. does anyone know if places like Sports Marketing, First Sports, or Mr-C sell yonex tennis racquets? otherwise, i will be very grateful for information of other places that sell them. the one i'm looking for specifically is: yonex ezone ai 100 http://yonex.com/products/ezone-ai-100 many thanks
Hi there, I will be in Bangkok in next few days. I've been reading this thread and I came a cross different shops for Yonex, like Sport Marketing, First Sports, Mr-C Sport and Yonex retailer in WTC. I see that Mr-C has the lowest price comparing to others, I want to know if it's safe to buy from Mr-C? are those rackets Original or should I be worry? What about the other shops? are they 100% original?
If you're comparing a general sports shop prices to a dedicated Badminton shop, then it's just mark up. For instance MrC-Sports Victor prices are roughly in line with badminton plaza, but it was more expensive in a general sports shop.
I have just returned from a trip in Bangkok. Just to share Banbadminton has a new branch at Sukhumvit MRT Station Metro Mall and carries mainly Victor products. Banbadminton's main shop is located in a badminton hall at Sena Nikhom 1 Soi 2 in Chatuchak area. https://www.facebook.com/BanBadminton/?fref=ts http://www.banbadminton.com/ติดต่อเรา.html http://www.banbadminton.com/ Li-Ning Thailand has a showroom at One Udom Suk next Udom Suk BTS station (please call before you drop by). https://www.facebook.com/liningthailand/?fref=ts ps. could the moderators amend the title of this thread to say 'Badminton Shops in Bangkok' ?
